Join us in the Creative Zone on the 21st and 22nd of Oct for a Halloween workshop. Create your very own 3D “Scaresome” Monster Face using cardboard, paint, markers, and various art techniques. Let your imagination run wild to see what “Scaresome” Monster Faces you can create!

Creative Zone Workshop – Halloween Activities

Join us in the Creative Zone for some Spooktacular fun Halloween activities. Make a hanging witch or pumpkin to take home.
We will explore drawing, sticking, and experiment with colourful paper to create a paper plate witch or pumpkin. We will use the poetry of Seamus Heaney for inspiration.
£3 per child. Suitable for children aged 4+ years.

Painting Things – Halloween Still Life

Join us in the Creative Zone for a fun workshop exploring composition, colour mixing, and painting to create a mini masterpiece.
We will use the poetry of Seamus Heaney for inspiration for the still life painting:
It’s Hallowe’en. The turnip-man’s looped head
Blazes at us through split bottle glass
And fumes and swims up like a wrecker’s lantern.
£5 per child. Suitable for children aged 11+ years.
