Casting Call: Models for Seamus Heaney HomePlace Social Media Campaigns 2025

Are you ready to be a part of something special? Seamus Heaney HomePlace is seeking vibrant and dynamic models for upcoming social media campaigns in 2025!

We’re looking for individuals of all backgrounds, ages, and body types to help us bring the magic of Seamus Heaney’s work and legacy to life.

What we are looking for:

  • Models of all genders and ethnicities. Ages 30+ would be preferable.
  • Previous modelling experience would be desirable
  • Must be available for occasional photoshoots and social media content creation in and around Seamus Heaney HomePlace (Bellaghy, Northern Ireland)
  • Flexibility – to be called upon as needed for future campaigns

Selected models will have the chance to represent Seamus Heaney HomePlace across our social platforms and campaigns, celebrating the power of poetry, our local landscape and community.

By submitting your application for the Seamus Heaney HomePlace (SHHP) model casting, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Casual, As-Needed Engagement:
  • Model Engagement: If selected, your involvement as a model for SHHP will be on a casual, as-needed basis. You may be contacted for specific photoshoots or campaigns, but there is no guarantee of continuous or regular work.
  • Notification: You will be contacted via email address as and when your presence is required for upcoming campaigns or photoshoots.
  1. Photographs and Content Usage:
  • Rights to Use Images: By participating in any photoshoots for SHHP, you grant SHHP full and unrestricted permission to use all photographs, videos, and any other visual content taken of you for promotional, marketing, social media, and any other purposes related to SHHP’s activities.
  • No Compensation for Usage: You agree that SHHP has the right to use, alter, edit, or distribute the photographs and videos in any manner, including but not limited to posting on social media, websites, print materials, advertisements, or promotional campaigns, without additional compensation beyond any agreed payment for the photoshoot itself.
  1. Payment & Compensation:
  • Payment Terms: Compensation for individual photoshoots will be discussed and agreed upon in advance for each assignment, and it will be the models responsibility to submit an invoice.
  1. Availability and Commitment:
  • Availability: By applying, you confirm that you are available to attend photoshoots when required, within reasonable notice provided by SHHP. SHHP will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your schedule but cannot guarantee consistent availability.
  • Non-Exclusivity: Participation in this casting call does not create an exclusive modelling relationship with SHHP. You are free to work with other clients and brands.
  1. Model Behaviour and Expectations:
  • Professional Conduct: Models are expected to maintain professional behaviour at all times during shoots and interactions with SHHP staff or collaborators. This includes punctuality, respect for others, and adherence to any guidelines or instructions given.
  1. Liability and Health:
  • Personal Liability: By participating in SHHP photoshoots, you agree to assume full responsibility for your actions and participation in the shoot. SHHP is not responsible for any injury or harm that may occur during photoshoots or related activities.
  1. Confidentiality:
  • Confidentiality of Campaign Details: You agree not to disclose any details regarding the photoshoot or campaign specifics, including but not limited to location, concept, or planned release date, until SHHP grants permission.
  1. Termination of Agreement:
  • Termination Rights: SHHP reserves the right to terminate or cancel any modelling engagement at any time without prior notice, should circumstances arise that prevent the shoot from proceeding as planned.
