A Naturalist's Lunch

Enjoy a 'Naturalist's Lunch' this Sunday when award-winning chef, Emmett McCourt, creates a mouthwatering array of canapes using ingredients referenced in Seamus Heaney's first published collection, 'Death of a Naturalist'.



His menu will feature:
  • Boxty Potato Bread Corned Beef, Cabbage, Carrot.
  • Lough Neagh Eel ,Soda Bread ,Blackberries 
  • Pork Belly, Turnip, Indian meal, Crab Apple, Elderflower 
  • Poteen Cured Trout, Oaten Bread ,Horseradish & Dulse
  • Smoked Eel, Beetroot ,Sperrin Blue- Rapeseed Oil - Lumper Potato 
  • Blackberries & Sloes, Buttermilk Donnybrewer Butter Caramel.
And after the food is served and enjoyed, there's a performance from the three Donegal sisters that are 'The Henry Girls'.
